Credit and Payment Terms
Pink Tank Ltd will accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal  & business checks. There is a $30 service charge for checks returned for insufficient funds, stop payments, and closed accounts. All products are made to order. Payments must be received in full prior to shipment of goods. For details email us at chelsea@pinktankltd.com.

Cancellation
Each piece is made to order. For this reason, cancellations are not permitted after 48 hours of payment.

Lead Time and Confirmations
In stock items will ship within 5 business days. Order confirmation emails are sent out within 48 hours after orders have been placed. Confirmation emails also supply expected lead time and delivery dates. Standard production lead time is 4-6 weeks from the date of payment. Custom production lead time varies – please contact Pink Tank Ltd. for quotes at chelsea@pinktankltd.com.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight and ship-to location. Pink Tank does not ship outside of the US for orders taken online. Please email us for details at chelsea@pinktankltd.com.

Return Policy
Defective product or product damaged in shipping may be returned for replacement if Pink Tank Ltd is notified within 3 days of receipt and the purchaser must inspect the items upon receipt. Custom / Special Order products may not be returned unless damaged or defective upon receipt.
